4.2 Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.4 Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase
• Refunds are processed through the Google Play Store

• No refunds for partial subscription periods

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance.

• Child Exploitation: Any activity related to child sexual abuse material

6. VPN Service Terms

6.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific connection speeds
• Availability of specific server locations
• Compatibility with all devices or networks

6.2 Server Access

• We may add, remove, or modify server locations without notice
• Some servers may have usage restrictions or limitations
• Server performance may vary based on location and network conditions

6.3 Bandwidth and Data

• Premium plans offer unlimited bandwidth
• Free plans may have bandwidth limitations
• We may implement fair usage policies to prevent abuse

6.4 No-Logs Policy

We maintain a strict no-logs policy as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We do not log your browsing activity, connection destinations, or original IP addresses.

7. Gaming Services Terms

7.1 Performance Optimization

Our gaming VPN services are designed to optimize gaming performance, but we cannot guarantee:

• Specific ping or latency improvements
• Compatibility with all games or gaming platforms
• Prevention of game bans or restrictions

7.2 Game Top-Up Services (BotTopUp)

• Top-up transactions are processed through authorized payment channels
• Delivery times may vary based on the game and payment method
• You are responsible for providing accurate game account information
• We are not responsible for incorrect account details provided by you
• Refunds for top-up services follow our refund policy

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Next Hour and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next Hour from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
